Customer Success Leader

Position Title: Customer Success Leader

NuEnergy.ai is a growing technology company with new clients and we are excited to bring on a highly experienced Customer Success Leader to play a critical role in bridging the gap between our clients and internal teams.  This role serves as a vital link between our clients, product management and software development teams ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to drive client satisfaction and product/services excellence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Understand customer needs, aligning product development with those needs and ensure successful adoption of our AI Governance solutions
  2. Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Management, Software Development & Program Delivery) to ensure clear communication of client needs and priorities
  3. Gather client feedback and insights to influence product roadmap decisions
  4. Oversee the onboarding process for new clients ensuring a smooth and successful implementation
  5. Develop and execute a customer success strategy that aligns with product enhancements and client feedback
  6. Identify and escalate, as appropriate, customer issues and concerns for resolution with cross-functional areas
  7. Work with clients to develop strong long-lasting relationships driving client satisfaction, retention and expansion 
  8. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional AI Governance solutions
  9. Provide regular reports and updates to leadership and cross-functional teams on client satisfaction, issues and feedback
  10. Contribute to fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

Required Qualifications /Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field
  • Proven experience (5 + years) in customer success leadership roles within the technology/AI industry
  • Strong understanding of AI and AI Governance concept
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to work constructively in an office team environment, as well as a virtual team environment
  • Ability to travel as needed

NuEnergy.ai is a growing technology company with new clients and we are excited to bring on an Office Manager to serve a pivotal role for the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient operation while providing essential HR and Executive Assistant support. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources Support:
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain employee and related records, including personnel files and benefits information
  • Organize team communications and   plan events, both internally and offsite as required.  Help support a collegial and respectful culture, with values that create a healthy and motivating work environment.
  • Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and provide guidance to employees and managers as needed
  • Contribute to fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
  1. Executive Assistant Support:
  • With a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO, provide support to the Leadership team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, priorities are met and operations run efficiently. This includes schedules, agendas, mail, email, travel and other company logistics and events
  • With strong written communications and office technical skills, help with writing and packaging papers, presentations and messages of the NuEnergy leadership
  • Act as liaison between executives and various internal and external stakeholders
  1.  Office Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment
  • Manage office space, including Bayview Yards, supplies, equipment and inventory
  • Coordinate office events, meetings and conferences
  • Create, maintain and refine internal processes to optimize effectiveness of the organization, including coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow
  • Support communication across the organization, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information 
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business and dealing with internal/external issues

Required Qualifications /Attributes:

  • Post secondary certification in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience performing administrative duties reporting to senior leadership and providing support to management, ideally in a start-up environment
  • Proactive problem solving with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidences related to business, operations and human resources
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency in Google, Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Adaptability in dealing with multiple and changing priorities
  • Experience developing internal processes and filing systems, including budgeting and expense management

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Specialist

Position Title: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Specialist – June 2023

We are excited to add an AI Specialist to our team to produce scalable software solutions, tools and analysis. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the development and deployment of AI governance software and platform solutions. 

This is a hands-on opportunity in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment, where hitting deadlines and details matter. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand Client AI/ML Use Cases including objectives, data model, lifecycle, guardrails, trust questions etc. 
  • Write code and AI systems that allow NuEnergy’s Machine Trust Platform (MTP) access to prescribed data sets and models supporting technical documentation that enables interface and building of guardrails for other AI systems 
  • Collaborate with NuEnergy team, faculty, partners to contribute to NuEnergy AI Governance tool inventory including classifying, qualifying, testing, and application 
  • Support software development, quality and testing objectives of NuEnergy’s proprietary software platform 5. Support the NuEnergy team with collegial work and regular respectful communications 

Required Education, Skills and Abilities 

  • Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field 
  • Hands-on experience in developing commercial software products 
  • 1 or 2 years of experience in developing software products or programming with Python Expertise in areas such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning 
  • Demonstrable experience in Python and/or R language 
  • Experience managing code versioning with Git or equivalent solution 
  • Sound written and verbal communication 
  • Willing to work at a high level of intensity and fast pace to support the needs of rapidly growing businesses 
  • Flexibility in managing multiple projects at one time while maintaining incredible attention to detail

Senior Software Developer

We are excited to add a Senior Software Developer to our team to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team contributing to the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

You should be comfortable around front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries with a knack for visual design and utility and, ideally, familiar with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
  • Client-side and Server-side Development
  • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications and write effective APIs
  • Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade the software

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
    Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer or similar role and familiarity with common stacks (e.g. Django framework) in Python
  • Minimum 2 years experience developing desktop and mobile applications
  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScriptTypescript, XML, jQuery)
  • Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python, .NET, .NET Core) and JavaScript/Typescript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and UI/UX design
